This will contain information regarding properties currently listed, that have sold and even some that have expired. When evaluating your home's value here are some tips...
- Let go of the personal feeling… Buyers care more about seeing themselves in the home then your favorite memories and family moments.
- Talk to your neighbours… what did the house down the street sell for and what did they have in their home. Was their yard larger/smaller than yours?
- What have you done… have you done any recent renovations, roof, carpeting, painting, new kitchen. Be realistic here, putting in new linoleum flooring in the bathroom is not a NEW bathroom.
- How quickly do you want to move… are you flexible on the possession date. Some Buyers are looking to move 60-90 days.
